Terms & Conditions

Effective 2026 — Applies to all users and packages

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of Cornerstone AI ("Service", "we", "our", "us"). By subscribing, you ("Client", "you", "your") agree to everything outlined below.

1. Service Overview

Cornerstone AI provides software licensing, automation systems, workflow setup, training, and ongoing support for service-based businesses. We currently offer three subscription packages:

Starter
$97 USD / month
Core Growth System
$250 USD / month
Team Expansion System
$369 USD / month

Each package includes a different level of system access, workflows, and support, as outlined in these Terms and on the relevant order page.

2. Package Inclusions

2.1 Starter ($97/month)

The fastest way to stop losing leads. One simple quote system, installed. Includes:

  • Instant quote form on your site
  • Lead notifications to your inbox
  • All enquiries tracked in one place
  • Full installation and onboarding included
  • Setup fee waived (normally $249 USD)
  • Help desk support during business hours

2.2 Core Growth System ($250/month)

For lead capture, follow-up, client onboarding, reviews and referrals — all working together. Includes:

  • Instant quoting system
  • CRM setup
  • Lead capture forms
  • Automated follow-ups
  • Review request automation with gating
  • Referral automation
  • Newsletter and email campaigns (12 months)
  • Custom client onboarding funnel
  • Website chatbot to capture leads and answer FAQs
  • Integration with Jobber, Connecteam and similar platforms
  • Digital number with missed-call text-back
  • Mobile app and analytics tracking
  • E-signature and payment collection
  • Ongoing automation support and updates

2.3 Team Expansion System ($369/month)

For businesses that also want hiring, staff onboarding, and employment systems automated. Includes everything in the Core Growth System, plus:

  • Custom hiring funnel for employees and contractors
  • Staff onboarding automation pipeline
  • Employment contracts
  • Company policies
  • Digital signing and onboarding setup
  • Recruitment follow-up sequences
  • Staff questionnaire and interview forms

Pricing Structure Setup

Whichever plan you choose, we work with you to map out your service pricing properly so the quotes your clients receive are structured, accurate, and profitable. We build the pricing logic with you so the numbers work for your business.

Lock-In Requirement (All Packages)

  • A 3-month minimum commitment applies.
  • Cancellations are not allowed within the first 90 days.
  • A 30-day written notice is required for any cancellation request after the lock-in period.

3. Licensing & Intellectual Property

3.1 License to Use

While your subscription is active, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use:

  • Software
  • Pipelines
  • Automations and workflows
  • Instant quoting systems
  • AI employees
  • Scripts and templates
  • Dashboards
  • Training resources
  • Embedded forms

3.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, duplicate, or reverse-engineer any part of the system
  • Rebuild any Cornerstone AI workflow for another business
  • Sell or resell any software, automations, or templates
  • Share access outside your business
  • Use Cornerstone AI systems to create your own automation service

3.3 Access Ends Immediately Upon Cancellation

When a subscription is cancelled:

  • All system access is removed right away
  • Automations stop working
  • Training portals and dashboards are closed
  • Continued use after cancellation is considered a violation of intellectual property rights
  • The Client must disconnect any embedded codes from their website, social platforms, and email tools

4. Billing, Lock-In & Cancellation

4.1 Monthly Billing

Billing occurs monthly using the payment method provided on signup.

4.2 Lock-In Period

A 3-month minimum applies to all subscriptions.

4.3 30-Day Cancellation Notice

After the 3-month lock-in, cancellations require a 30-day written notice sent via email or through the official cancellation form. Your final monthly payment will be charged during this 30-day notice window.

4.4 Why Monthly Subscriptions Continue

Monthly subscription fees continue throughout your active period because they cover resources deployed for your customisation and setup, ongoing system maintenance, hosting, and updates, continued access to support and training, and the locking in of any special offers, discounts, or promotional pricing applied at signup.

Special offer pricing is only honoured while the subscription remains active. If you cancel, that pricing is forfeited and any future signup will be at standard rates.

4.5 No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, including the final month during the 30-day cancellation notice period.

4.6 End of Access

At the end of your final paid month:

  • All system access is removed
  • Automations are deactivated
  • Support stops

4.7 Pause / Freeze Policy

Subscriptions cannot be paused during the lock-in period.

5. Onboarding, Build Time & Client Responsiveness

5.1 Build Timeline

Your full automation setup is typically completed within 14 days to 3 weeks, depending on your package, current demand, and the level of customisation required.

5.2 Client Responsiveness Affects Build Time

Build timelines are directly dependent on how promptly the Client responds to our team. Setup cannot proceed without timely input, approvals, access details, and content from your side.

If the Client delays in responding, the build timeline will be extended accordingly. Cornerstone AI is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Slow or missing replies to onboarding requests
  • Missed introduction or check-in calls
  • Delayed access to required accounts (website, Stripe, Google, socials, calendars, CRM)
  • Late submission of branding, content, or business information

Subscription billing continues during any client-caused delays, as resources remain allocated to your account.

5.3 Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Complete onboarding tasks on time
  • Give access to required accounts (website, Stripe, Google, socials, calendars, CRM)
  • Respond to messages promptly
  • Test automations as instructed
  • Notify Cornerstone AI of any business changes affecting workflows
  • Avoid editing advanced workflows without guidance

6. Operating Hours & Closures

Cornerstone AI operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST.

We are closed on:

  • Australian public holidays
  • Scheduled team breaks (announced in advance)

Messages received outside business hours are responded to on the next business day.

7. Support & Additional Charges

7.1 Support Includes

  • Fixing current workflow issues
  • Troubleshooting errors
  • Optimising existing automations
  • Guidance on system use
  • Standard technical support
  • Integration troubleshooting

7.2 Additional Fees Apply For

  • New workflow builds
  • New pipelines or quoting systems
  • Website updates
  • Additional calendars or booking pages
  • Rebuilding workflows altered without approval
  • Adding new service types
  • Updates requiring more than 45 minutes
  • Advanced API or external system integrations

All extra work is quoted before it begins.

8. Feedback & Client Experience

Clients agree to:

  • Communicate respectfully
  • Provide constructive feedback
  • Allow reasonable time for fixes or updates
  • Use approved channels for support

Cornerstone AI aims to maintain a cooperative and positive working relationship with every client.

9. Performance Guarantee (Non-Financial)

Cornerstone AI guarantees:

  • High-quality system setup
  • Accurate workflows
  • Professional support and guidance
  • Use of industry-standard best practices

Cornerstone AI does not guarantee:

  • Revenue or sales
  • New clients
  • Specific business outcomes
  • Staff performance
  • Profit increases

Results depend on individual business operations, effort, and market conditions.

10. Referral Program

Clients receive $100 USD for each new referral who:

  • Signs up using their unique link
  • Completes payment
  • Has their first payment clear

Referral payouts are processed within 7–14 business days.

11. Termination

Cornerstone AI may terminate a subscription when:

  • Payments fail repeatedly
  • Licensing terms are breached
  • Intellectual property is copied or resold
  • Abuse or harassment occurs
  • Any part of these Terms is violated

Access is removed immediately upon termination.

12. Agreement

By subscribing, the Client confirms they:

  • Have read and agreed to all Terms & Conditions
  • Understand the cancellation, lock-in, and licensing rules
  • Accept the no-refund and 30-day notice policies
  • Understand that build time depends on their own responsiveness
  • Understand that monthly subscriptions continue to cover resources, customisation, setup, and locked-in special offers
  • Understand system access ends immediately upon cancellation
  • Agree to all intellectual property and usage clauses
