Terms & Conditions

Effective 2025 — Applies to All Users and All Packages

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all users of Cornerstone AI (“Service”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By subscribing, you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to all terms outlined below.


1. Service Overview

Cornerstone AI provides software licensing, automation systems, workflow setup, training, and mentoring for service-based businesses. We offer two subscription packages:

$149 Package
$369 Package

Each package includes different system access levels, workflows, and support outlined in these Terms.


2. Package Inclusions

2.1 – $149 / Month Package

Includes:

Cornerstone AI software access

Core automations for reviews, gating, and referrals

1 mentoring session per month (first 6 months)

Access to the Venture Mentors Academy (training portal)

Support for existing systems and workflows

Standard response times during business hours

Help desk support


2.2 – $369 / Month Package

Includes everything in the $149 package plus:

Advanced automations and instant quoting

Custom pipeline and workflow setup

2 mentoring sessions per month (first 6 months)

Priority support

Strategy consulting

Additional optimisation support

Lock-In Requirement

A 3-month minimum commitment applies.

Cancellations are not allowed within the first 90 days.

A 30-day written notice is required for any cancellation request.


3. Mentoring Sessions

3.1 Session Allocation

$149 Package: 1 session per month for 6 months

$369 Package: 2 sessions per month for 6 months

3.2 No Rollover

Unused sessions do not roll over.

3.3 Booking Sessions

Sessions must be booked using the official booking link.

Availability is limited and follows a first-come system.

Failure to book results in forfeiture.

3.4 No Refunds

Missed or unused sessions are not refundable.


4. Licensing & Intellectual Property

4.1 License to Use

While your subscription is active, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use:

Software

Pipelines

Automations

Workflows

Instant quoting systems

AI employees

Scripts and templates

Dashboards

Training resources

Embedded forms

4.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Copy, duplicate, or reverse-engineer any part of the system

Rebuild any Cornerstone AI workflow for another business

Sell or resell any software, automations, or templates

Share access outside your business

Use Cornerstone AI systems to create your own automation service

4.3 Access Ends Immediately Upon Cancellation

When a subscription is cancelled:

All system access is removed right away

Automations stop working

Training portals and dashboards are closed

Continued use after cancellation is considered a violation of intellectual property rights

Client must disconnect any embedded codes from their website, socials, and email platforms


5. Billing, Lock-In & Cancellation

5.1 Monthly Billing

Billing occurs monthly using the payment method provided.

5.2 Lock-In Period

A 3-month minimum applies for membership packages.

5.3 30-Day Cancellation Notice

All cancellations require a 30-day written notice via email or the official cancellation form.

5.4 No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable.

5.5 End of Access

At the end of your final paid month:

All system access is removed

Automations are deactivated

Support stops

5.6 Pause/Freeze Policy

Subscriptions cannot be paused during the lock-in period.


6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate business information

Complete onboarding tasks on time

Give access to required accounts (website, Stripe, Google, socials, calendars, CRM)

Respond to messages promptly

Attend mentoring sessions

Test automations as instructed

Notify Cornerstone AI of any business changes affecting workflows

Avoid editing advanced workflows without guidance

Delays caused by the Client may extend build times.


7. Booking Responsibilities & Availability

The Client agrees to:

Book mentoring sessions themselves using the booking link

Understand availability may be limited

Book ahead to secure a preferred time

Attend sessions on time and prepared

Provide 24 hours notice for rescheduling

Repeated no-shows may reduce priority for future bookings.


8. Operating Hours & Closures

Cornerstone AI operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST.

We are closed on:

Australian public holidays

Scheduled team breaks (announced in advance)

Support resumes the next business day when messages arrive outside business hours.


9. Support & Additional Charges

9.1 Support Includes:

Fixing current workflow issues

Troubleshooting errors

Optimising existing automations

Guidance on system use

Standard technical support

Integration troubleshooting

Mentoring assistance

9.2 Additional Fees Apply For:

New workflow builds

New pipelines or quoting systems

Website updates

Additional calendars or booking pages

Rebuilding workflows altered without approval

Adding new service types

Updates requiring over 45 minutes

Advanced API or external system integrations

All extra work is quoted before it begins.


10. Feedback & Client Experience

Clients agree to:

Communicate respectfully

Provide constructive feedback

Allow reasonable time for fixes or updates

Use approved channels for support

Cornerstone AI aims to maintain a cooperative and positive working relationship.


11. Performance Guarantee (Non-Financial)

Cornerstone AI guarantees:

High-quality system setup

Accurate workflows

Professional support and guidance

Use of industry-standard best practices

Cornerstone AI does not guarantee:

Revenue or sales

New clients

Business outcomes

Staff performance

Profit increases

*Results depend on individual business operations.


12. Referral Program

Clients receive $100 for each new referral who:

Signs up using their link

Completes payment

Has their first payment clear

Referral payouts are processed within 7–14 business days.


13. Termination

Cornerstone AI may terminate a subscription when:

Payments fail repeatedly

Licensing terms are breached

Intellectual property is copied or resold

Abuse or harassment occurs

Any part of these Terms is violated

Access is removed immediately upon termination.


14. Agreement

By subscribing, the Client confirms they:

Have read and agreed to all Terms & Conditions

Understand all mentoring, cancellation, and licensing rules

Accept the no-refund and lock-in policies

Understand system access ends immediately upon cancellation

Agree to all intellectual property and usage clauses
